Celebrate Dad this Father’s Day with a weekend of foodie fun at Proof, an American Canteen, at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North.

On Friday, June 17, 2016, head into the holiday weekend with the Summertime Smokehouse menu in Proof, an American Canteen, accompanied by the musical talent of Jared Blackstone. Offered every Friday night throughout the summer, guests have the chance to sample a rotating variety of smoked cuts each week, including chicken, turkey legs, ribs, brisket and salmon. Housemade sides round out the meal, along with a variety of special barbecue sauces. Pricing varies based upon chef menu selection.
Top off Dad’s meal with Pie Fridays, featuring a different pie creation each week in addition to the regular dessert menu, each offered for USD 10. Guests are encouraged to share their slice on social media with the hashtag #FridayPieDay. Finally, treat Dad to a pint courtesy of San Diego-based Ballast Point, staging a “tap takeover” for the month of June, offered in addition to the signature Proof Pilsner on draft.
The rest of the weekend will highlight a specialty beer dinner on Saturday, June 18, in partnership with Ballast Point. The menu is offered at a cost of USD 50, with optional beer pairings for an additional USD 15. Proof will highlight an enhanced brunch buffet on Sunday, June 19, from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm. The cost is USD 40 per person. Proof also will feature a Father’s Day special entrée in addition to the regular menu that same evening. Tempt Dad’s sweet tooth with the Ice Cream Days of Summer promotion in Proof, offered every day from 11:30 am to close. Enjoy 50 percent off all ice cream treats, including such favourites as the Mint Condition milk shake, Smores Sundae and rotating variety of housemade ice creams and sorbet.
