Global Wellness Day aims to make wellness a lifestyle and encourages individuals to live a healthier and better life. Four Seasons Dallas says “YES” to living well with a 176,000 square foot (16,350 square metre) sports facility dedicated to health and wellness, along with the very first Spa within the Four Seasons brand offering luxurious treatments to focus on zen-time.
Guests and private members have the opportunity to participate in a number of group programming classes planned throughout the day including Sunrise Yoga, Golf Fitness, Total Body Conditioning, AntiGravity Aerial Yoga, Pilates, Technogym Group Cycle, TRX, Power Yoga, DANCEHALL and more.
The Well & Being Spa at Four Seasons is offering a special package during the month of June 2016 so guests may enjoy a choice of any 50-minute massage or 60-minute facial, along with a healthy cuisine spa lunch and glass of wine. The Live It Well Spa package also includes daily access to Agave Pool & Bar. For reservations, contact the Well & Being Spa at 972 717 2555.
In an effort to make people feel better while working out, tasc Performance, a family company based out of New Orleans, creates innovative performance apparel using bamboo. The apparel fabric feels better than cotton and performs without chemical enhancements. In other words, it’s like butter on the skin. Guests can enjoy a tasc Performance trunk show from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm on the Agave Pool & Bar Terrace.
Guests checking in throughout the weekend can enjoy a morning pick-me-up with Zumanna bars and other gluten free pastries, as well as coconut lavender lemonade and healthy flavour-infused waters at the lobby coffee bar. The Resort’s culinary team has created a special Global Wellness Day menu to include healthy menu options curated to help guests feel better. Items include protein smoothies such as the Great Green Giant, ABC juice, breakfast paleo platter and super grain oatmeal, as well as lunch items such as baby kale salad, egg white turkey wrap and more. The specialty menu will be available in Hotel and Sports Club dining outlets. Also, guests may order from the Well & Being section of the in-room dining menu to support the day of wellness.
