A group of top class travel agents, representing the high end and luxury market from Australia to Germany have arrived in Ireland on a tour to learn more about our three major tourism brands: Ireland’s Ancient East; the Wild Atlantic Way and Dublin – A Breath of Fresh Air.
The tailored visit has been designed to promote Ireland to high end travellers and is hosted and managed by Fáilte Ireland in collaboration with our partners Tourism Ireland.
The buyers from Australia, Germany, France and the UK, and are new buyer prospects for Ireland which Fáilte Ireland have identified and who have expressed an interest in growing their business into Ireland.
A bespoke itinerary has been designed for the buyers, to reflect and match what the typical products the buyers clients are seeking from a visit to a European destination such as Ireland.
With that in mind, the group will take part in a site visit of exclusive shopping experience at Brown Thomas while in Dublin, lunch with Lord and Lady Rosse at Birr Castle, Co Offaly in Ireland’s Ancient East and sample horse riding at Ashford Castle, Co Clare on the Wild Atlantic Way.
