Marriott International has launched Tahseen in Egypt which is a unique hospitality programme developed to cater to the growing need for talent within the industry.
This is in partnership with Helwan University and Professional Development Foundation with focus on fast tracking the next generation of hospitality leaders from Egypt. This will provide a first –hand experience and a springboard to facilitate successful careers in the industry.
The program was unveiled at a signing ceremony which was attended by Khalid Atef Abdul Ghffar the minister of higher education and scientific research.
Arne Sorenson, chief executive of Marriott International graced the occasion while he was on a three-day visit the country.
Sorenson mentioned that Marriott International believes in putting people first and in its commitment to give associated world class training and opportunity to grow and reach potential. Their vision is to develop future leaders and empower them with knowledge, skills and opportunities so that they become successful within the hospitality industry.
Tahseen is a sustainable and robust hospitality education program that will further build the national talent and will be a key to their success.
