We are also delighted to receive recognition for our digital outreach, as we put a lot of effort into improving customer experience in our channels ranging from support services in the social media to our mobile website.”

As announced earlier, airBaltic has been ranked as the world’s most punctual airline for the second year running by OAG. According to OAG, airBaltic achieved a punctuality rating of 94.4% for flights linking the Baltics with destinations in Europe, Middle East and Russia/CIS. It means that more than 9 airBaltic aircraft out of 10 arrive on time. airBaltic is followed in the global TOP 10 ranking by Copa Airlines, Azul, Japan Airlines, All Nippon Airways, Finnair, TAM, Austrian Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, LOT.

airBaltic serves over 60 destinations from its home base in Riga, Latvia. From every one of these locations, airBaltic offers convenient connections via Riga to its network spanning Europe, Scandinavia, CIS and the Middle East.
