Julien Kauffmann has been appointed as the new vice president and general manager of American Express Global Business Travel for France, Benelux and southern Europe.
He will be operating from the Paris office and will be responsible for the company’s strategy, growth and customer relationships across the region.
He will be reporting to senior vice president and international managing director, Elyes Mrad.
Mrad appreciated the appointment and said that Julien brings a record of driving revenue growth and digital development within a global brand. He joins American Express Global Business Travel at an exciting time for the business.
Kauffmann had earlier served for 15 year Disneyland Paris and in the most recent role was the vice president.
Kauffmann was looking forward to the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. He wants to work with the team to build on this dynamic company’s long history of service and success and leave behind a mark for the future.
