Authorities have mentioned that an aircraft of Spirit Airlines that was travelling from New Jersey to South Florida was compelled to make an emergency landing at Jacksonville International Airport on account of a hydraulic issue.
Michael Steward who is a spokesperson of Jacksonville airport shared with a leading regional news media platform that nobody was injured when Spirit Airlines Flight 521 landed on Wednesday morning.
The plane was carrying 225 people from Newark, New Jersey to Fort Lauderdale based in Florida.
Stewart has mentioned that passengers would be placed on an alternative flight to Fort Lauderdale in Florida.
Stewart has also said that passengers would be placed on another flight to Fort Lauderdale and that operations are operating normally at the Jacksonville airport.
