Virgin Atlantic launches ‘Freedom Sale’, offers 30% off on flight tickets

Virgin Atlantic has introduced ‘Freedom Sale’ to celebrate India’s 72nd Independence Day and this sale has commenced on August 8 and conclude on August 10.

 

The airline mentioned in a statement that Customers planning a trip to the UK or US can enjoy a discount of 30% on one way and return flights in Economy and Upper Class.

 

Customers already travelling with Virgin Atlantic this Independence Day are also in for a sweet treat. The airline will be offering all its passengers tricolor bakes. The ground staff will also welcome the passengers in traditional dresses and tricolor stoles marking the celebrations, said the airline.

 

It is also planning to give surprises to people travelling on 15th August or to those travelling on their birthdays.

 

David Hodges, Country Manager at Virgin Atlantic said that they are extremely delighted to offer customers a special discounted air fare to help plan their next trip soon.

 

Customers travelling on 15th August and celebrating a birthday are also in for a special surprise, if there’s a seat available they would upgrade them to the next cabin free of charge.

 

However, if one has had booked tickets and want any change in date, he would have to pay up to Rs 7,300.
